We’ve welcomed the decision to publish our data around pay and gender, as set out by the government in the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. While we’re not required to report on this until 1 April 2018, we’re committed to being open and transparent with our colleagues, clients and wider external stakeholders. As such, we’re publishing it early and will continue to do so each year.
