We’re looking for a Senior Planner who is able to draw on their experience working at a franchise level as well as with single brands. You will apply your advanced strategic knowledge and inquisitive nature to produce the overarching strategy for your client. You will work to lead your team to present solutions that are relevant, distinctive and of high quality, adding significant value to projects. You will work closely with the Accounts and Creative teams within your agency to build strong client relationships, demonstrating an advanced ability in presenting your ideas and looking for opportunities to bolster profitability. You will be a mentor to all Planners in your team, helping them to reach their potential.
You’ll also be digital savvy – we’re looking for someone who is engaged in social media themselves. Because we’re not just looking to drive branded activity, we’re looking for someone who can generate ideas that work around the brand – what services or products could our target audience benefit from? What really matters to them?
This role brings with it opportunities to travel and we expect that you’ll have some experience of working on pan-European or global accounts already. When you’re with clients, you’ll be drawing on your previous experience and indeed the associated confidence and relationship building abilities that you’ve honed already. We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Front End Developer to join our Manchester office.
In this Developer role you should reflect on your experience and be solutions focused – always keeping the end user in mind. You should have an advanced knowledge of code and be continuously developing your skills through training, research and collaboration with your peers. You should use your experience to guide projects and to develop your team to produce exceptional work for the client across a range of projects, taking overall responsibility for the work they produce. You should work with the Digital Director (DD) to develop the company’s Development offering – collaborating to add significant value.
In time, the team will grow and you’ll need to develop your management skills and be able to act as a mentor and actively bring on more junior team members. This is something that we’d like you to be open to, but we’ll help you to develop the associated skill set if you haven’t had the opportunity to do this already.

As our new Account Director it will be your responsibility to lead and inspire your team to deliver an efficient, effective and profitable service; understanding the nature and needs of the client’s businesses. You will provide consultation on key strategic communication ensuring contextual suitability, exceptional creative work and industry-first innovation and quality in all campaigns. You’ll have a proactive approach to all your working relationships and be able to demonstrate diplomacy, enthusiasm and integrity at all times. Numbers pose no problem to you – you will lead the forecasting for your accounts, you’ll manage the client’s budgets and oversee day to day financial interactions to ensure good financial health. You will be your role to grow the business, lead your team in pitch activity, whilst continuously driving organic growth. This is a hands-on role and it might be challenging at times, but with the support of our most senior and talented team members, it’s an excellent opportunity to drive yourself to new heights.
