This opportunity for an Account Director with experience of medical communications activity with clients working on a global basis is an exciting new challenge. We’re working globally on brand positioning and creative, tactical roll out and some large scale conference activity and support in the development of materials for meetings with customers and KOLs for this franchise. This client is one of our favourites – they challenge us to challenge them. They’re open to creativity and innovation and we’ve fostered an excellent relationship. As well as leading a team to deliver the currently assigned work, you’ll be ambitious on behalf of the team and seek to develop additional work streams. This position is with one of our newest teams, leading brand planning and innovation activity for their client’s flagship brand on a global basis. We’re developing strategy and delivering the tactical elements of campaigns, which covers a full range of sales and marketing activity. We have a small internal team that manages our brand, and we’re looking to add to this team with a Brand Manager.
Within this role you would work across both local, UK, and global activity implementing annual marketing plans and controlling spend alongside our CEO and our Brand Director. This role is perfect for a proactive, enthusiastic and dedicated marketer who wants to work on a really broad variety of activity for an established and credible brand.
Day to day, you’ll be hands on with the creation and management of content across a range of activity, ranging from newsletters and our website through to our social media. You’ll drive campaign activity as well as ad-hoc elements and you’ll be key in determining and delivering a strategic approach for all social channels. You’ll be a key point of contact across the Lynx community – both internally and externally and community development, engagement and management will be a key component of your role. Also online, you’ll manage our various websites, working with internal and external creatives and developers to ensure that our online presence is appropriate and effective. Your proactive and inquisitive nature will aid you in identifying opportunities for us to respond to competitor activity, or to come up with entirely novel ways to maximise on opportunities for our brand. You’ll also be proactive in identifying and promoting key activity that we should be talking about across the sectors in which we operate, and you’ll do this, in part, through the relationships that you’ll develop at all levels of the business – these could involve award or new business wins, snippets from when we host or attend key events (which you might run), activity around new business units that we launch and any key pieces of recruitment that we do. We’re an agency that is really conscious of having a positive impact on our environment, you would be key to our CSR activity, developing along with other team members our approach, and then facilitating the realisation of various initiatives on a local and international basis.
