Paid Media Executive

The role of Paid Media Executive will see you set up, manage and optimise the paid media campaigns for our global clients. You will work with the Media and Performance Director alongside our clients, to devise the best campaigns for the client requirements. You will work across all paid media channels to ensure a fully optimised campaign with maximum ROI. This role will sit in our new Search team and will work closely with the SEO team.

Role responsibilities

  • You will manage the day to day running of your accounts, including setting up, running, optimising and analysing paid media campaigns.
  • You will work with the Search Director to devise campaign strategies in line with client objectives.
  • You will create engaging ad copy, target relevant audiences and analyse keywords to ensure that key insights are incorporated in activity.
  • You will continually analyse and update campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • You will set up and instruct Ad test plans to ensure that campaign effectiveness is measured and recorded.

Your experience

  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital or media agency.
  • Full understanding of setting up and running successful Paid Media campaigns.
  • Understanding of industry standard media research tools (e.g. Comscore, GWI, TGI, YouGov).
  • Expert in Excel – v-lookups, pivot tables etc.
  • Strong Mathematical skills.
  • Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing and DoubleClick Certified.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
Senior Frontend Developer

The role of Senior Frontend Developer will see you mentor and manage juniors, whilst working on CMS driven web applications for our global clients. These projects will range from bespoke applications, to additional features of existing sites and apps. You will work in a close knit team of developers and report into the Head of Development. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on industry first technology for global projects.

Role responsibilities

  • You will hold an influential role in the team and your opinion will be valued regarding project priorities, architecture, and technology approach
  • You will have a focus on teamwork and modern engineering practices like TDD, pair programming, and continuous integration/deployment
  • You have fantastic knowledge in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, React, Redux, Angular, Node, and MongoDB
  • You will have a wealth of experience working on development projects, and therefore have a wide range of experience across multiple technologies
  • You will be a problem solver and be able to guide junior team members in coming up with their own solutions
Medical Writer

The role of Medical Writer will see you produce original, innovative content targeted at Sales Representatives, Health Care Professionals, Patients, and KEEs. You will have a flair for writing persuasive copy and will mix this seamlessly with your scientific knowledge and ability to research. You will work across a variety of media including, but not limited to, tenders, presentations, printed materials, and digital communications such as e-details.

Role responsibilities

  • You will research assigned projects and develop technical materials which are scientifically accurate and also appropriate for the target audience
  • You will fact check and include particulars, like referencing, before the materials are sent for proof-reading
  • You will proactively collaborate with Creative team to produce original and compelling concepts
  • You will take the lead on appropriate areas of client brand activity, and be the ‘go-to’ writer across the respective clients and therapy areas
  • You will play a key role in devising solutions that fulfil and exceed client briefs
  • You will initiate and respond to direct client enquiries in relation to specific project elements, coordinating communication with the Client Services team as necessary
  • You will mentor and contribute to the relevant training for more junior members in your team
Art Director

The role of Art Director will see you produce impactful, original and intelligent work which impresses the client and surpasses their need. As an Art Director you will ensure all work is of high quality and eclipses the brief. You will have the client at the forefront of everything you create and be an integral and supportive member of your team. Your knowledge and experience will be used to support the Creative Director to mentor Junior Creatives in the team, developing their capabilities.

Role responsibilities

  • You will support the team by producing creative work across a range of projects, which is appropriate and exceeds the client’s brief
  • You will take ownership for the conception and delivery of your idea and include the Creative Director where appropriate
  • You will actively develop your skills in core design applications including, but not limited to, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • You will work in partnership with the Client Services team, and initiate and respond directly to client communications where appropriate
  • You will attend briefing meetings and proactively communicate with the Strategy, Client Services, Medical, Digital, and Operations departments to ensure a smooth delivery of projects
  • You will keep up to date on the creative sector, news, and events, and be motivated to share this knowledge on a regular basis with your team
  • You will demonstrate a strong capability in presenting your work internally and externally
Senior Account Manager
Manchester & London

The role of Senior Account Manager will see you take a pro-active approach and the lead in the management of your accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, communication, quality control and profitability. As a Senior Account Manager, you will ensure that your clients receive the highest individual attention and that we deliver projects on time, on budget and on brief. You will share your ideas and knowledge to the team, helping your leadership team to support and develop the junior members.

Role responsibilities

  • You will build meaningful and trusting relationships with your clients ensuring you position Havas Lynx as their strategic partner.
  • You will immerse yourself in your client’s business and industry in order to be best placed to deliver quality campaigns.
  • You will ensure client requests are dealt with efficiently, interpreting these into thorough and accurate internal briefs.
  • You will work with Operations Team to manage the Production Schedule guaranteeing that the projects are delivered to brief, on time and within budget.
  • You will oversee the quality control of work that leaves the agency, making sure it adheres to the client’s approved brief.
  • You will assist the Account Director in overseeing financial interactions on the accounts and guarantee good financial health and billing practises.
  • You will partner with the Insights and Planning Team to proactively develop your understanding of strategy and how this applies to the campaigns you are delivering.
  • You will take a proactive approach to identifying and initiating business opportunities with new and existing clients.
