Head of Strategy
Manchester

The role of Head of Strategy will see you will apply your advanced strategic knowledge and inquisitive nature to produce and take ownership of the overarching strategy for your client. You will lead your team to present solutions that are relevant, distinctive and of high quality, adding significant value to projects. You will work closely with the Creative team to shape big ideas and with the Accounts team to build strong client relationships, demonstrating an advanced ability in passionately presenting your ideas and actively looking for opportunities to bolster profitability. You will be a mentor to all Planners in your team, helping them to fulfill their potential.

Role responsibilities

  • To lead your team, devising solutions that fulfill and exceed the client brief whilst consistently pushing the strategy to its most innovative point
  • To proactively ensure an advanced understanding of the industry, brand and products within your Agency. Take the lead role in defining the team’s overarching strategy
  • To take overall responsibility for the work that you and your team produce, ensuring it is completed to deadline, is of high quality, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail and ownership
  • To adapt to working across digital projects, extensive research projects, brand development and workshops depending on your client’s needs
  • To create and maintain a strong a collaborative working relationship with your wider team. Working harmoniously with client services, creative, science and digital
  • To lead the preparation and delivery of client meetings and workshops – delegating to your strategic team as necessary and adding significant value
  • To proactively aid the progression of your strategic team, developing them for roles of greater responsibility
Paid Social Media Manager

The role of Paid Social Media Manager will see you set up, manage and optimise the paid social campaigns for our global clients. You will work with our Head of Paid Media, to devise the best campaigns for the client requirements. You will work across all social media channels to ensure a fully optimised campaign with maximum ROI. This role will sit in our new Paid Media team and will work closely with the Search and Performance team.

Role responsibilities

  • You will develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
  • You will create measurable forecasts and projections and actively challenge legacy measurement techniques
  • You will set-up, run and manage all paid social media activities and channel usage such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram
  • You will plan content and delivery and use tools like Hootsuite and Asana to manage multiple social media channels
  • You will work with LX teams to develop appropriate content for social campaigns
  • You will form and manage key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • You will support community managers in teams where appropriate
  • You will monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
  • You will educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
Paid Social Media Executive
Manchester

Senior Frontend Developer
Manchester

The role of Frontend Developer will see you mentor and manage a development team, whilst working on CMS driven web applications for our global clients. These projects will range from bespoke applications to additional features of existing sites and apps. You will work in a close knit team of developers, reporting into the Head of Development. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on industry first technology for global projects.

Role responsibilities

  • You will work with the team to shape the development principles, priorities, architecture and technology approach to the development of these projects
  • You will be an expert in JavaScript, ES6, React, Redux, Angular, Node, MongoDB
  • You will be an advocate of modern engineering practices such as TDD, pair programming and continuous integration/deployment
  • You will have experience working on development projects and therefore have a wide range of experience across multiple technologies
  • You will be a problem solver and be able to guide junior team members in coming up with their own solutions
Senior Medical Writer
Manchester

The role of Senior Medical Writer will see you play a significant part in the Medical team, and overall business unit; you will be relied on heavily on for your scientific knowledge and commercial awareness. You will act as a sounding board and, not only continue to produce outstanding copy, but be the final point of call for any work leaving the agency. We are seeking candidates that come from a life-science background and have robust experience in a healthcare communications agency or pharmaceutical company.

Role responsibilities

  • You will generate original content to be used within, but not limited to, tenders, presentations, print materials, e-details, and websites
  • You will be the Medical lead on client brand activity within your business unit, be valued for your opinion on projects and therapy areas, and make significant contributes towards pitch activity
  • You will be proactive in identifying areas where house style should be adopted, and have a say in team processes and procedures
  • You will delegate clearly and effectively to other members of the Medical team where appropriate and maintain overall responsibility for the work they produce
  • You will continually develop your excellent knowledge of industry regulations (e.g. the ABPI Code of Practice) and the medical approval processes (Zinc and Veeva)
