We are looking for skilled relationship developers who appreciate that the key to achieving long term success with an account is consistently delivering of a wide range of activities. At the different levels you’ll take on slightly varied responsibilities, but we’re looking for candidates who have excellent project management skills, are great at building client relationships and particularly strong in the financial management of accounts. You’ll describe yourself as ambitious and be able to demonstrate an exceptional level of control, knowledge and ownership of the activity that your team is undertaking
Your experience could be gained from a creative agency, or you’ll be from a more traditional Medical Communications environment and seeking the chance to work on further engaging, varied projects. This role will combine strategy development and tactical delivery; we have a culture of being hands on so it’s important that you can draw on your previous agency experience in order to deliver the highest quality work for our clients.

We’re pleased to be seeking an additional experienced Planner to join us, with potential for flexible working.
As an agency, we rely on our Planners to be involved in the entirety of a project; from brand planning, through to campaign execution, evaluation and refinement. Working alongside Account Handlers, Medical Writers & Advisors, and Creatives, you’ll be heavily involved from the outset by designing, contributing to and delivering research projects, as well as working alongside client market research functions where required. As well as this you will be undertaking competitor and audience analysis, creative brief generation, campaign planning, measuring effectiveness and ensuring increasing levels of campaign success.
Your activity will be within the healthcare market – although previous experience in this sector isn’t essential, it would be beneficial. You may be from a market research background looking to switch your focus, and take your insights understanding further. Or perhaps an experienced account handler who loves the strategy element of their role.
Ultimately reporting to our Chief Strategic Officer, our 35+ strong Insight and Planning department is an integral, influential and highly visible function within Havas Lynx, which also harnesses the investment and power of the broader Havas network.
As part of this department, you’d be working alongside a diverse array of planners, researchers and analysts from all walks of life – from healthcare experts and digital thinkers, market research wizards and behaviour change evangelists.
