A brilliant opportunity for an experienced healthcare Account Director to join a thriving team within a successful business. This role brings with it a high level of responsibility, autonomy, and the support of an exceptional team to deliver impactful and award winning work.
This role will combine strategy development and tactical delivery; we have a culture of being hands on and taking ownership and responsibility as part of a team so it’s important that you can draw on your previous agency experience in order to deliver results and exceptional service levels to your clients. This role will see you work with clients across the Pharmaceutical sector and, although prior experience in this industry isn’t essential, what’s key is that you’re willing to apply your skill set and learn about a new market.
We’re looking for someone who would describe themselves as ambitious. This role involves global travel and when you’re with clients, you’re not only demonstrating an exceptional level of control, knowledge and ownership of the activity that your team is undertaking, you’re also making sound strategic recommendations on integrated campaign activity. We’d like to meet for a skilled relationship developer who appreciates that the key to achieving long term success with an account; is the consistently strong delivery of a wide range of activities.
As well as a proven track record in a similar role, your soft skills are also important. While we’re a big agency, we’re structured around close knit teams, so your personality is key too. You’ll work with Directors of the business, as well as mentoring more junior team members to progress their development. We’re pleased to be seeking an additional experienced Planner to join us, with potential for flexible working.
As an agency, we rely on our Planners to be involved in the entirety of a project; from brand planning, through to campaign execution, evaluation and refinement. Working alongside Account Handlers, Medical Writers & Advisors, and Creatives, you’ll be heavily involved from the outset by designing, contributing to and delivering research projects, as well as working alongside client market research functions where required. As well as this you will be undertaking competitor and audience analysis, creative brief generation, campaign planning, measuring effectiveness and ensuring increasing levels of campaign success.
Your activity will be within the healthcare market – although previous experience in this sector isn’t essential, it would be beneficial. You may be from a market research background looking to switch your focus, and take your insights understanding further. Or perhaps an experienced account handler who loves the strategy element of their role.
Ultimately reporting to our Chief Strategic Officer, our 35+ strong Insight and Planning department is an integral, influential and highly visible function within Havas Lynx, which also harnesses the investment and power of the broader Havas network.
As part of this department, you’d be working alongside a diverse array of planners, researchers and analysts from all walks of life – from healthcare experts and digital thinkers, market research wizards and behaviour change evangelists.
