Experienced Developer

We now have a unique opportunity for experienced Senior and Mid Developers to join our growing Manchester digital team; we’re looking for talented developers to support on our award-winning, multi-channel campaigns and produce exceptional work.

From a technical point of view, we’re keen to hear from applicants who have the following knowledge:

Desirable skills would be:

Senior Account Manager

We’re seeking an established Senior Account Manager with a healthcare/pharmaceutical client background to join one of our talented Manchester teams.

As a Senior Account Manager you will be the lead contact for both your clients and team, whilst supporting the Account Director in contributing to the strategic development, direction of accounts, and exceeding of key performance indicators in respect of client satisfaction, business development and profitability.

You will personally deliver an efficient, effective and profitable service to clients, whilst inspiring and supporting the Account Handling team to deliver the same. You should be confident to manage all jobs through agency systems and procedures – proactively liaising with other departments as appropriate, whilst overseeing the activity of junior team members.

Character is imperative and you should be experienced in working with a variety of personalities at various levels. We’re pleased to be seeking an additional experienced Planner who is as passionate about Helpful Change as we are.

As an agency, we rely on our Planning & Insight team heavily and they are involved in the entirety of a project; from brand planning, through to campaign execution, evaluation and refinement. Working alongside Account Handlers, Medical Writers & Advisors, and Creatives, it is up to you to ensure that we have robust insight and that we understand our end user so that we can develop a strategic map that outlines clear brand objectives. You can expect to take a lead role in meeting these aims, measuring their fulfilment and making sure that our activity remains current and appropriate.

Your activity will be within the healthcare market – although previous experience in this sector isn’t essential, it would be beneficial. You may be from a market research background looking to switch your focus, and take your insights understanding further. Or perhaps an experienced account handler who loves the strategy element of their role.

As part of a 35+ strong Insight and Planning department, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our Chief Strategy Officer and harnesses the investment and power of the broader Havas network.

You’ll be working alongside a diverse array of planners, researchers and analysts from all walks of life – from healthcare experts and digital thinkers, market research aces and behaviour change evangelists.

We’d like to hear from people who possess and can demonstrate:

  • A strong, strategic, digital marketing background gained from either a creative agency or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • The ability to confidently provide and cater market research to develop robust insights, achieving a thorough understanding of the brand and target audience
  • The confidence and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal teams and clients
  • An eagerness to thoroughly understand the client’s long-term brand objectives and to exceed their expectations, whilst promoting new business opportunities
