This an exciting opportunity for an Account Director with experience of medical communications activity with clients working on a global basis is an exciting new challenge. We’re working globally on brand positioning and creative, tactical roll out and some large scale conference activity and support in the development of materials for meetings with customers and KOLs for this franchise. This client is one of our favourites – they challenge us to challenge them. They’re open to creativity and innovation and we’ve fostered an excellent relationship. As well as leading a team to deliver the currently assigned work, you’ll be ambitious on behalf of the team and seek to develop additional work streams. We’re looking for a Senior Planner who is able to draw on their experience working at a franchise level as well as with single brands. You will ensure that we have robust insight and that we understand our end user so that we can develop a strategic map that outlines clear brand objectives. In this role you will contribute to the development of strategy, developing identities, positioning and vision. You don’t need experience from the pharmaceutical market place but you do need to be open to learning about it, and see the potential, the passion and the satisfaction that working in this sector can bring.
You’ll also be digital savvy – we’re looking for someone who is engaged in social media themselves. Because we’re not just looking to drive branded activity, we’re looking for someone who can generate ideas that work around the brand – what services or products could our target audience benefit from? What really matters to them?
This role brings with it opportunities to travel and we expect that you’ll have some experience of working on pan-European or global accounts already. When you’re with clients, you’ll be drawing on your previous experience and indeed the associated confidence and relationship building abilities that you’ve honed already. At Lynx creativity is at the heart of what we do – it’s integral through all stages of project development. We are incredibility proud of our team and we pleased to be growing and looking for a further Senior Medial Writer to join us in London.
The successful candidate will have a life sciences background and will be eager to use their scientific knowledge in a creative way. You will have previous medical writing experience gained from either a creative agency, or you’ll be from a more traditional Medical Communications environment and seeking the chance to work on more engaging and varied projects. Here, every day is different and you will work on the generation of numerous deliverables – they’ll comprise global strategic campaigns and include anything from eDetails, websites, videos and animations, through to leave pieces, social media updates and patient blogs.
We’re looking for Writers who approach challenges a bit differently and who are driven to exceed the requirements of any given brief. Our new Writer will also be confident, charismatic and who is either skilled in presenting their ideas and the rationale behind these, or who is seeking opportunities to develop their skills in this area.
